keyboard not work with any of the driver that it suposed to do. that is a driver can work. hp do not help much and micosoft also.

Best way to go about this is to search Hewlett-Packard's website for information regarding your problem (where to get drivers, tech support e-mail or phone number, etc). Else, check the manual that came with the computer about the keyboard, or look for a tech support telephone number or e-mail. I know you said that HP wasn't much help, but that is your best source. Else, you can try some of the following... 1) Disconnect the keyboard. Wait for 3-5 mins then plug it back in. Go to your Control Panel and try to use the Add New Hardware wizard to see if it picks it up. 2) Go to Device Manager and extend Keyboards. If you have a yellow icon to the side of it, the device is not installed correctly. Try to update the driver manually with the one that you are supplied. If the driver is an executable file, just run it and it should load ok. Check Device Manager after to make sure it loaded and no yellow icons are present. Good luck.
