Hi,
There was a message posted in this forum about a week or 2 ago about someone not being able to get a HP CD-Writer Plus 7510 external parallel port CD burner to work under Windows XP using the HP provided XP drivers. I too am using these drivers with this drive & cannot get the drive to work (it says that Windows cannot load the drivers, but I can get the drive to work under Windows 98). Has anyone got this drive to work under XP? If so, can you please post your parallel port settings (ECP/EPP/SPP, irq, dma, i/o etc etc)? Thanks.

I see from the other post that the guy has finally got his drive working, & has also posted what parallel settings he needed. Thanks to this, my drive now works under Windows XP! :-)
