HAving fgured out, thanks to some good folks on here that hpohmr08.exe hpoevm08.exe are background tasks that keep my hp all in one as my default, things were good. then, due to a different problem, i had to unistall my printer- only problem is, my computer now tries to reinstall the darn thing every time i boot up- a process which eternally repeats itself-even when i hit cancel- until i kill both of these and msiexec.exe in my task manager- how do i make this go away for good? thx!

Hi victrynvengnce, Type msconfig into the Run-box. Go to the 'StartUp' tab, and find the item(s) that are related to your HP printer-install. Un-check them and restart your computer.
