A while back my printer stopped working and my comp wouldn't even recognize my HP 7350 printer. After installing the HP driver update my comp recognizes "New Hardware", the 7350 which is great, DOT 4 USB Printing Support and USB Printing Support, none of which will install properly. At the end of the failed installation process it says it will check windows update next time I am online but when I go to windows update I'm not able to check for new updates. Help!
(I am also having problems recognizing and being recognized by other computers on my network if that some how ties into the problem)
