HP 5100TN Label Printing

I have a label that is 6" in length and 4 1/4" in height and printing to a HP LaserJet 5100TN Printer.
The issue is we are trying to use a crack n' peel label feeding through the Manual tray. What is happening it prints the letters and and does not go through the fuser to dry and out the top or back(when opened).

How think is the label. Laser printers can't handle real think media.
If it's getting stuck at the fuser because it can't pinch through the rollers, you can try this trick. On the fuser there is a lever that opens the rollers ever so slightly to help remove paper jams. Flip that lever so you see the gap between the rollers and then try to print.
