It's called Internet Connection Sharing and if you look in XP's help & support there is a tutorial that tells you how to set it up. I would suggest however that you will be disappointed with the performance of a shared dialup connection. If this is your only option then go ahead but sharing a connection is immensely better with a broadband service.

maheshngh, perhaps a more satisfactory solution would be to use a router (available for a nominal fee). Connect the router to the net and have the computers connect to the router where each is treated as an individual.

That's if you can find a router that will accept a dial up connection. They do exist, or at least they used to, but even if you find one, the price will be prohibitive.

Internet Connection Sharing is really you only option with dial-up and the results will be disappointing. Sharing 56 kbs between three computers is going to require a lot of co-operation.
