You can try the Microsoft 'Windows Installer Cleanup Utility' -- no longer at the Microsoft site (discontinued) but still widely available. Google it. Download, install, run it, and clean up the Jasc entry... it might help. Alternatively, you could search your PC for all Msi files, to locate this particular installation file (do not rename it), and try to re-install, then un-install.
This might still only be the first steps toward resolving the issue. Hang in there.
