How to stop the games crashing!!!!!!! :)

OK this is ace, i have been trying for ages to get games from crashing in XP and last night i decided to flash the BIOS, i never done this before so i just thought i'd give it a shot. I made sure i had the latest BIOS update from my motherboard manufacturers site. After i did this i tried a game that usually crashed in a few minutes and to my surprise i had been playiong for 2 hours wothout a crash AWESOME plus the frame rate was alot better!!!!
