how do you set the pc not to show info at startup?

You know how on old pcs , the display always shows you the pcs specifications at startup before it loads into XP ? I want to bypass all that ,just like like on the new computers. What do I do ?
Also Is it safe to delete the Realtek Bios driver that is running in Windows on a Gigabyte Computer -
model - GA-8PE667 ?

Normally the bios driver is inside a pc chip.
I do not think the chipset driver is the same as the
Realtek Bios driver , I do not intend to delete the chipset driver .

That is configured within the BIOS if it is available to that computer. If not then you must hack the BIOS update file and this can become costly to your system.

Read this: there is a small part on the editing the BIOS :

thanks for your reply.
In windows 98 , we were able to bypass all that by configuring some of the Batch files at startup and config.sys
