how to set back D:\ permission

CPU/Ram: 1.7 GHZ

i'm accident setup security on my D:\ drive

Group or user:
EVERYONE (x) Read
(x) Write

right now i can't rename or create anything on that drive... do anyone know how to setup back the permission on that drive?
