You can use image of your hdd to move it on a new one. There are some programs about it. Maybe Norton Ghost or Acronis etc ..

Here are a few. Free does not always mean bad. Some are quite good. If you do not trust free then go for Acronis True Image Home, it is very good if not the best.

This is a good free cloning tool called Ghost4Linux:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/g4l/

Free ISO file. Burn to CD and boot PC with the CD. Then clone your hard drive.

If your system not changed, just about a new HDD. But if you install new hardwares like processor etc you probably get problems while you try your windows ..
Before using theese programs, read the manuals for how to do.

You have to put this harddrive into the same computer as the old harddrive.
Otherwise, the complete hardware has been changed and windows will load all the drivers for the old hardware, what mostly ends up und a blue screen of death.

I thought, you only wanted to change a small harddrive to a big one.
