Do you want two LAN connections to be used simultaneously.....
Only way you can use two LANs simaltaneously is that one of them should be connected to a VPN.

You can get a device or computer that can use two isp's properly, With fail over and throttling.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

actually, in windows xp this can be done automatically.

If you have the two internet cards installed then open networking and highlight one of the connection and click to bridge connections. Windows xp will auto configure which will transmit and which will receive.
