How to run batch files hidden mode?

Hi folks,
I wrote a batch file and it calls another batch file every 5 minutes. I want both windows to be hidden in the task bar as an icon and whenever I want I should be able to see the windows. So please somebody tell me how to hide a batch file window.

Here's one of the examples listed at that site:

Run a batch file hidden passing it parameters:-

cmdow /run /hid mybat arg1 "arg 2"
