Sometimes when I'm typing quickly, i CAN MISTAKENLY HIT THE cAPS lOCK bUTTON, like that. Is there a way to highlight the offending text and then use 1 key stroke to change it back to what it should be?

Yes, but unlikely worth the time and trouble.

I'd pull the cap lock button out. Who uses it anyway?

Or just type beter. :)

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.

Instead of pulling out the Caps Lock key why not just disable it?

... that's why the little LED lights up

Failing that, you can set an audible notification

(but really, just type beter, as advised)

Censorship is the tool of those who have the need to hide actualities from themselves and others. Their fear is only their inability to face what is real.

I use ANTIcaps.exe

If you can't find it, I'll put it up.

If at first you don't succeed, you're about average.

If your sentence is in capitals highlight the sentence and press shift/f3. This will change it to lower case, if you press it again it will capitalise the first letter only.

Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!

Shift-F3 works only when you are using sophisticated word processor like M$ Word. It does not work in WordPad or Notepad.

I tried the link in #2 on my XP Home SP2 and it didn't like it one bit (BSOD's). It might have just been my particular keyboard and software.

Best to create an undo for any registry changes before you make them. I can provide one for that fix if it backfires.
