how to remove useless partition

i am having trouble w/ removing a partition that has 0 bytes on winxp.. just saying it is a local disk and i tried several ways.. using partitionmagic, fdisk, reformat... and nothing worked.. plz help =/

Since you have Partition Magic, try merging it with another partition. If you try to remove a partition, you will just end up with unallocated space and that may be what you have now. It will remain until you merge it.
