how to remove trojan

hi, i found out i might have the following trojans running: lsass.exe & spoolsv.exe
i have norton antivirus running & webroot spysweeper & spybot S&D. but non of them seems to be able to remove it.
what should i use to remove these trojans and maybe find i i have others?

Search for both of these "trojans". From what I have read these are processess that should be running under Windows. Read about them and you decide.

since norton didnt take it out my guess it is enbedded in your registry and i found out that there are only two ways to remove a virus in this case and that is either saerch your registry and manuly delete it, if that doesnt work the only way i know is to reformat your hard drive.
