How to remove the Bandwidth Throttle ?

Well i have readed about that ppl want to Split up the DSL bandwidth. My problem is the other way :) I have with Linux an 10 k upload speed , with XP 7 or 8. Thats lousy! I removed that QuS thing or how it is named. still didnt change a thing. Any ideas ?

Well you are probably capped at 128kb/s..Or 10-15KB/s...The QoS Packet Scheduler will free up some bandwidth but the thing is you are already maxing out on your upload speed..U can keep looking around for these useless tweaks but the only way to get around this is to contact your ISP service and either upgrade to a faster plan if available or quit the plan and move to faster service..and thats the truth so stop wasting your time because you will never will be able to uncap your dsl speed...And if there is a way u could your ISP would be calling you..
