The only way to remove bootsector virus is by using killdisk utility. It will write zeroes to the hard drive but wait a minute - before you go this route how about telling us how you came about determining that you have this type of virus?

As when i had errors my operating system was not opening it and i decided to format it, but the format was not completed and got quit, then i tried fdisk to merge and make the partition again, it didnt worked out, so i tried to go for DiskManager while i was doing the partition, it showed me that i has Bootsector virus.

I think I would first run AVG or Malware bytes and identify just what and if there is a boot virus.

If you research this you will find people who say "Remove hard drive ...flash the bios in dos....then wipe the drive"

If you screw up the flash....your computer is toast.
If you screw up the hd wipe ...go buy a new hard drive.
I use Dericks Boot and Nuke.....but it can kill a hd .1in 10.

Find out what virus is on the system first. It could just be a registry problem. You may have had a false positive running disk manager.
