How to remove a WORM

Hello can anybody help me with remove a worm!? I have W32/Pate.b.worm Virus - and any of Antivira can remove this s---!! ( Norton 2003 or Panda).. How to remov this worm?!? Pleas help me - mail me: zer0xer@hotmail.com
