how to reinstall USB drivers

CPU/Ram: 1.2 GHz / 512 SyncDRAM

i want to know how to reinstall my USB drivers because i am getting fatal errors that shut down my computer and i adjusted it so before the computer shut down it would display a screen showing the problem and it says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL....i don't know why it says that but i am guessing the usb drivers...i'm looking for an explanation of why and/or how to fix it ....thanks alot in advance...

while drivers probably need to be updated, i think you are going to find that you have ram problems.
