how to recover deleted system restore points?

Specs: Windows XP
i just formatted my laptop n i had 1 problem.......da system was slow........after installin certain things i.e....n so i tried sys restore 2 n older time when da system responded quicker n den start again but sadly......i needed atleast 200mb free space n so da restore waz not completed
due 2 which, local disk c could not open n i waz not able 2 install anyting.....derefore i tried 2 undo da restore but old restore pts were DELETED!......n so i m stuck in dis situation wit no way back.......PLEASE HELP!IM BEGGIN!.........n please DONT only tell da cause.......do tell how to recover.........like were 2 find da points......!please

I think your chances of successfully doing this range from slim to none. Probably closer to the latter.

If you want our help, you need to act like an adult, not a child. We expect clearly worded questions with caps, punctuation & proper spelling, not a bunch of lower case ebonic text speak. That being said, it appears that you already formatted the HDD & reinstalled Windows, so any restore points you may have were created since you reformatted. In other words, there is no going back. Did you ever consider that the laptop may be running slow because of another reason? Like an overheating CPU? When's the last time you cleaned out the cooling vents & heatsink?
