I replaced a defective modem for a customer last week. They bring it in today and tell me they can not access the net. I tried witha dial up and through the NIC and I can not get a web page. I am able to pull an ip from my router, just can not browse. It does the same for dial up also. The customer uses XP and IE6. There has not been any upgrades as far as IE. I have had this happen to me before with ME and rebuilt TCP/IP stack but I do not know how to do this under XP. Thanks, Mike
