my "Word 2000" broke down and now just displays
on the whole screen, but format ing features and symbols are missing, how can reset the default
setting.

Probably covered in the Google link provided, but to cut to the chase, Video Lan Player (VLC) handles MP4 video nicely

Nero Showtime works as well

Despite claims to the contrary, posts are not routinely removed from Computing.Net
