Last week I did format C dirve where data related to secure folder was located. I forgot to move that details to secure place before formatting. Now I cant see that 2 folders but, only memory details will says their existence. I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3. Again now I have installed Secure Folder software and its like new in my computer. Could any one of you suggest answer for this problem. Please

If you go to the Secure Folder website their FAQ section covers a number of scenarios that might help.

Thank you very much John. That was really helpful for me and I got that problem solved. Solution - Just I download latest version(Secure Folder 4.2) and there is option to recover previously locked folders in this. Any folders which we have locked using previous version can be unlocked with this.

Happy Journey Pals..................
