Hi!
I know it's possible in Outlook (2003) to move the PST-file (that contains all the mail and contacts) to another location. I want to keep it on another.
How do I do this? I tried to ADD a PST file but that resulted in double personal mail folders and errors.

Very simply....
In Outlook 2003, go the Tools menu, go down to Options. Then select the Mail Setup Tab. Here you will see a button "Data Files..".
Clicking on that will get you to where you can see the location(s) of you .pst file(s).
Close Outlook first - and move or copy the file(s) to the location you want. Then go back thru the Tools menu to add or remove Personal Folders or files such as Personal Address Books.
Rule #1: Good Computers don't go down. Rule #2: There is no such thing as a good computer.

Move the pst file to the location you wish to store it. Then, when you open Outlook you'll get an error saying the pst can't be found. Browse to the new location.
It's that simple
