Reply: (edit)What do you have? Any Word Processor capable of saving in HTML will do. Otherwise you are going to have to learn HTML and use notepad. Stuart

Reply: (edit)HTML is a just a script. You can try writing the code in notepad (check the source of any html page on the net if you want some example -- InternetExplorer>View>Source). Or just copy a page, rename it and alter the source as needed. svg

Reply: (edit)Try Open Office. That should do it but it is a large download 63 Mbs. A search of Google should bring up others. http://www.openoffice.org/ Stuart

Reply: (edit)As Stuart says, can't you create your document in Word on another computer, save it as HTML, then copy it to a floppy or CD and paste it in your computer?
