OK dear
first insert the win xp sp 3 CD in your DVD writer of laptop
then restart your laptop
go to bios
then go to boot sequences
then first boot CD drive
second boot hdd
then save this
automatically your laptop restart
and after a few second you will see " press any key boot from CD or DVD
that you press any key from your laptop like "L" "E "etc.....
then you see install xp in blue window
then after 5 minutes or more you can see c part ion
then enter on c part-ion
then you will see 4 options for ntfs fat fat 32 part-ion
you go to ntfs 1 line then press enter
f = format part-ion

Assuming the laptop has a SATA HDD, XP will not install unless you take the necessary steps to get the SATA drive recognized. Usually that means creating a new XP disc with the SATA/RAID drivers slipstreamed into it.

Why don't you just fix the "NTLDR is missing" problem?
