my Pc came up with the Win Xp Home edition but in German and I had lot of problem with the language so now I got the Win Xp Prof in english and try to install it but it said that language on your PC is different & can not cont then I tried again and it did but it got installed in my E recovery drive and made the Fat 32 in to NTFS now my recover RETTEN is also lost and it has no place as the drive partion E is 6 Gb my D drive is haveing the back up and the c main with Win xp Home german now I tried again to install but i stopped it as it started totally new instalation in other section now it is half instaled and when I am booting I am getting 3 option to start Win xp Home german , Win Xp Prof from drive E then the new half installed , i have the recover CD also by the company and have the CD RD & the DVD drive too my sytem has the Award software Int inc 6.00 Pg02/01/2002 and the Sea Gate ST 380020A (80.0303Gb) i do not want that it boot with the 3 option and i can have the Win Xp Professional installed with out all the garbage . please help me out if any body can i will apriciate in every way your favour Sunny My PC came with the Win Xp home edition in German and I bought the english Win Xp Prof and try to up grade it as english is my basic language and had lot of trouble with the German when I try to upgra

Boot from your Windows XP Pro CD, then tell it to wipe clean your harddrive, removing every partition on it. Then, format that single drive and install a new version of XP on it... taurus

I did the complete instalation of the Win Xp Prof on the drive C but the drive D is stil haveing the german home edition and the recovery drive E is still haveing the some incomplete Win xp so now I am haveing the new problem rest is all fine that when I boot the pc it show the 2 mode but it start in the default Win xp Prof which i wanted but after that a message is appearing that THE DRIVER WILL BE INSTALLED clicik ok for the audio and then again the after min it come to reboot the computer and then same again right i tried to istall and the multi media driver get installed but same again every time i have the 5.1 sround system and the OS is CMI 8738/ C3DX PCI audio device . So can any body help me for it that how to over come this problem as it is not vanishing . Please help me out if any genius can from the lot awaitng answer . sunnyirmy
