How to image HDD with multiboot (XP/Ubuntu)?

Hi,
I have both XP and Ubuntu 9.04 installed on my HP mini-note. I was hoping to create disc images of both my Windows and Linux partition. Keeping in mind that it's dual boot, how could I go around doing this? Or would any imaging software work?
