go to symantec web site and download the nimda fix tool,run it and it will resolve it. double check a couple of times to be safe. i had it and it worked great. you need to have an antivirus in place and a firewall. there are some very good free ones on the net. AVG antivirus and zone alarm fire wall both are very good. this will help keep your computer safer. always a good idea to go to pc-cillin's site and do thier online scanner to make sure nothing is missed. i do this once a week. that should help resolve your problem. zone alarm can be downloaded at zdnet. the pro cost just do the home user version. AvG antivirus just go to search and type it in will take you there.
