M/S Home Xp Tried to uncheck Winzip and 2 rows of 2 squares . I got it after downloading WinXip update. When I want to uncheck from Startup , WinZip was gone but the squares didn't and every time I start my computer I have a message Computer cannot find the file. Windows NT current. Sorry, my English is not very good. Many Thanks.
Programs can run from three places at startup: 1.The Startup groups (Startup folders or msconfig Startup tab) 2.The "run=" and "load=" lines in the Win.ini file. 3.The Run and RunOnce lines in the registry (Lots of those) http://support.microsoft.com/defaul... A Definition of the Run Keys in the Windows XP Registry
Sorry did try and did not help. But I changed configuration utility General > Unchecked System INI. file and System Win. INI File and got rid of the squares. A friend who lives near me did help me. Thanks again for your reply.
