How to get rid of spoclsv.exe

Kindly tell me how to get rid of spoclsv.exe. I cannot open my drives by double clicking. I can only open by right clicking them and then chossing open option. Secondly i deleted it several times from windows directory and Registry entry but it comes again. Is there some method to get rid of it?

Spoclsv is dangerous. It is a variant of W32.Fujacks.C. Removal Instructions is included in this LINK.
