Every time I leave the computer alone for more than a minute or so an error pops up stating " Could not find the Macromedia Flash". Does anyone know how to remove this?
Try re-installing the Flash Player from Adobe as your's seems to be a very old version (Macromedia sold Flash to Adobe years ago): http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Untick the McAfee Security Scan Plus before clicking "Download Now".
