How to get rid of GATOR

I have just started paying for Kazaa and now I find I have that GATOR in my PC how can one get rid of it, I have tryed to delete it but no luck, any idea's...

Kazaa comes bundled with spyware, if you remove it, it won't work.
uh, why are you paying for it again?

It will definitely remove Gator & any other spyware, but will probably make Kazaa unusable.
