Comment:

The following dialog box comes up when I go to certain emails to read them:

Windows Installer

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "UltimateWW.msi" in the box below.

The box below contains the path:
C:\MSOCache\All Users\{91120...etc.

I am given an opportunity to Browse.

This dialog box started showing up right after I did an unsuccessful attempt to re-install Registry Mechanic on my computer....Help?

How can I get rid of this nuisance?

Browse to the network location from which Office was installed and open that file when you find it. That should take care of the problem.

The network connection was Microsoft Outlook Updates on the Office update site. How do you browse to a network connection? This dialog box comes up when I open Outlook to view my email. If I click browse, it only gives the option to search my local drives. Thanks for your help.

I'm referring to the Office installation. What was the original location of your Office setup file? Have you tried running an Office Repair?
