how to get internet to fill the entire screen

Specs: Windows XP
the screen in offset to the right. i have had this problem before and i forgot what i did to fix the problem. please help.

Unclear. Is the Desktop offset, or just your browser ("the internet")? Rather important detail...

If it is just your browser, just drag it back, and Maximize it. If it is your whole Desktop, then that's a monitor setting, usually accessible through control buttons on the front (below the screen). Often, you first have to select a menu, and scroll to the appropriate option, usually indicated by a small rectangle horizontally-offset from a larger rectangle or if "squeezed" vertically represented by a double-ended arrow symbol []. We can't guess without knowing the exact monitor brand/number.
