I set up a 2nd user with limited access and also the guest user under the USERS program from the control panel from the PRO version of XP. However I would like to further restrict them. I would like to hide certain HD drive icons from them and also lock the "right-click" to change screen properties and dissable wallpaper changing, etc. I had Sentry98 for ME and that worked great for security management for multiple users, but doesn't work for NT,2000,XP systems.

Since you have the Professional version, simply use Group Policy. Disabling desktop right-click features, control panel access, etc., can all be disabled via Local Group Policy.
Start-->Run-->"gpedit.msc"
