when I listen music or play a video game or something the sound is gone and when i go to the volume control the wave is in the min. and i need to put it to max. , and a few minutes later its do the same...
Try re-installing the sound driver. You can download it from your PC or laptop manufacturer's website.

3. Download the driver to your computer.
4. Double click on the .exe file and the driver will install
