How to enable the 'user name' field

Please, tell me how to enable (editable) the 'user name' field in the login box that appears when the user tries to connect from one Windows XP computer to another Windows XP computer. Computers are connected via FireWire or via network cable (without a hub).

By default, the 'user name' field is disabled and the name 'Guest' is specified there, even if the Guest account is disabled on the remote computer.
