How to enable cookies in hotmail

My MSN messenger works fine and singns in but when i try to sign in through www.hotmail.com to chek my mail it gives me message that
"Cookies are not Enabled" plz tell me how to enable them thanks

On the IE tool bar goto: Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Advanced. There you will be able to enable the First and Third Party cookies.

I have first and third party cookies enabled, but I still cannot sign into Hotmail. It tells me cookies are not enabled. This is the only webpage this happens.
