I use Word 2003 and it has started to open up really slow, like 30 seconds after clicking. I used run word /a and it opened instantly. I have renamed the normal.dot but this did not help so i am thinking it is going to be an add in that it causing the issue. How do i check the Word Add ins and maybe disable them?? Any help would be appreciated

Navigate to the Startup folder at a similar location as shown below: \Microsoft Office\Office\STARTUP Move them to another folder or delete them. Leave MSCREATE in there if found.
