How to disable snap-to function of

CPU/Ram: Celeron / 375 MB RAM

When I move the icons on my desktop around, they seem to snap to an invisible grid. How can I disable this function so that I can move the icons where I want to?

right click on the desktop, go to and make sure is not checked :)

I think what sue ment was right click on the desktop, go to Arrange Icons By, and make sure Align to Grid is not checked.
