Not sure what you are calling the menu bar but you can change most settings by going to view> toolbars and unticking the ones you don't want. Additionally the explorer bar has more options. You need to unlock the toolbar before any changes can be made. That is one of the options at the view button.

I mean how to make File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools and Help hidden.

Anyone any idea?
