Maybe this question is lame, but i cant find an answer to this any where... I'm sharing DSL connection on XP machine,on the same subnet i have another machine (Linux) sharing another DSL.Both they try to launch DHCP server, but i need only one,so maybe someone knows how to disable DHCP server on WinXP and to leave DSL sharing option?

hey just a thought, without knowing how you have your two systems networked, but have you tried disabling you NIC card on your XP system? or unplugging your network cable on your XP system?

Hope this helps, Sandman
