i cant able to delete the mp4 file,while i am trying to delete it shows access denied and make sure that the disk is write protected,but i checked that in properties also its not in that r/w mode .so i referr online for help,in that by entering into safe mode and delete this was the way they give solution but its useless,the samething again i am getting while deleting.please friends help me i am trying for last 30 days.

I missed your reference (reading too quickly) and probably because I have a tendency to capitalise the first letter of a product or programme name and I usually enclose it in quotation marks thus "Xxxx". Regards
