I did virus scancome up with 2 trojan viruses. NAV cannot delete because I assume it is in system restor. I disabled system restore rebooted, ran virus scan again and tried to delete and NAV still was not able. So I presume I have to go into registry and find file and export it(delete) I guess. I cannot find system restore in the registry. Could someone help me out in finally deleting this trojan horse CRACKERBOX.exe and A0006543.CPY . I could not find any information on this last virus. Thanks

I suggest you try a anti-trojan program, the PC Flank website has reviews and recommendations. You can download the one you choose from that site too. The highly rated programs are Tauscan, TDS, Trojan Remover and Trojan Hunter. All are complete and updateable programs that are available for a 30 day trial.

Try booting in safe mode, then see if you can remove them there. Norton usually puts them in quarantine when detected. Even if it cannot remove them, it can often deactivate them. Since you know the name of the trojans, you can also go to Norton's site and find out how to manually delete them. Often this requires removing the item from folders and/or the registry. Good Luck.
