Hi Johnw I followed the instructions on the links you gave me,it says it has deleted the files but when I scan with Norton the 9 adware are still showing but they are in kill box if it makes any sense. See if killbox has a log file entry, if so delete.

Hi John I think thats done the trick, I have only tryed the 3 adware files delet and scanned with Norton and they did not show up. I will try the rest tomorrow. You are great.
