You clear the Temporary Internet Files cache.

0. Click Start, and then click Run.

1. Type cleanmgr, and then click OK.

2. Select C: (Windows HDD), click OK and Select Temporary Internet Files from the list.

3. Uncheck all the other entries and click OK.

4. Click Yes to confirm deletion.

Hi Johnw

I followed the instructions on the links you gave me,it says it has deleted the files but when I scan with Norton the 9 adware are still showing but they are in kill box if it makes any sense.
Thank You

I think thats done the trick, I have only tryed the 3 adware files delet and scanned with Norton and they did not show up. I will try the rest tomorrow. You are great.
Thanks a lot ,I have been trying for days to get rid of them and it was driving me crazy.
Do you know how I could avoid thses adware in future?
Thank you once again..
