Thanks to all your help, I got XP and Win98 on different partitions of the same hard drive.

Somehow, the XP Boot Manager did not get set up so I have to use Partition Magic to set the drive I want to use as "active" and reboot.

I can install PowerQuest BootMagic if necessary but would rather use the XP Boot Manager if possible.

Years ago, a very old version of Boot Magic wrote to the boot sector on my hard drive and was really hard to get rid of later.

The XP manager does not seem to do that so would rather use it. Does anyone know if I can create one after both operating systems are already in place?

Thanks again for your help.
