You're gonna need Adobe Acrobat Professional (a paid program)

Pretty much the only way you can do this.

I use it at work and this is how I know it's abilities.

Use open-office. open file in writer and export to pdf. don't have to pay for office or adobe

OpenOffice 3 or Portable OpenOffice.
