I need to connect my lap top and a few other lap tops some are using XP some are using Vista. I don`t know but for now the only way i am able to connect them is by making a virtual Pc on the PC using Vista. Is there any other faster way. Help will be apreciated.
Best regards

Use the help and support pages in Vista. See items such as sharing folders, networking walkthrough and such.
